Lovin’ Toronto

0 °C

You cannot miss Toronto if you really want to discover the essence of Canada. I was wondering what elementary are making this city unique and attractive. But soon I understand you don’t need to think, you just need to feel. If you feel them, you will fill in love with the hometown of Canada and don’t want to go home.

Green Toronto
I believe green is the color of heaven, which means Toronto is a heaven for mortal existence. If you want to take some fresh air, simply go to High Park, the largest green land down town which located in Toronto's west end stretching from Bloor Street west in the north to The Queensway in the south and from Park side Drive in the east to Ellis Avenue in the west. If you are happen to interesting in Shakespeare, humanism or art, you should come in summers for CanStage’s Dream. For down town tour, Casa Loma, CN Tower, Medieval Times, Royal Ontario Museum are the must experienced places.

Shopping in Toronto
Landscapes pictures are not the only beauty you should gain form a Toronto tour. Sure you don’t want to miss shopping. For luxuries, you’d better go to Bloor-Yorkville. Queen Street West is the best choice if you are searching something “in”. Toronto Eaton Centre, Square One, Vaughan Mills, Woodbine Centre, Cookstown Manufacturer's Outlet Mall and blah blah blah there would be a long list to cover all this.

Don't let identity thieves ruin your trip

Hey guys,I just read below 10 minuts ago,and considered this may be useful for u. So take a look!

Don't let identity thieves ruin your trip

A day in paradise can turn into a financial disaster if your identity is stolen on vacation or on a business trip. Here are the top tips for reducing the chances it'll happen to you.

Before you leave home

Suspend mail delivery.
Don't leave bill payments in your mailbox.
Lock up sensitive documents, especially if anyone is accessing your home while you're gone.
Make copies of your passport, medical cards and the credit cards you're taking on a trip.
Prepay for cars, hotel rooms, etc.
Bring only what you need -- and choose it wisely

Clean out your wallet.
Leave checking-account and other financial information at home
Bring an ATM or stored-value card instead of a debit card.

Keep an eye on what you bring
Use hotel safes to store your valuables, including your wallet, passport and digital camera.
Use money belts or new safety-enhanced fanny packs to carry your passport and wallet.
Label your valuables with contact information.
Don't let your credit card out of your sight.
Be aware of your surroundings, especially in crowds at markets, on subways, buses, etc.
Keep your receipts.

Electronic safety
Don't access your bank accounts, pay bills or complete transactions on public computers.
Make sure the computer's firewall is enabled.
Don't save your login on public terminals.
Beware shoulder surfers.
Use three lines of defense for your personal laptops and PDAs.

When you return
Before you breathe a sigh of relief that you've had a great trip and managed to come back with all your valuables and financial information intact, double-check your accounts.
